Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CurriboxAI platform — including CV anonymization, dossier generation, shortlist sharing, and the surrounding workspace — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms apply to all users, including ESN firms, consulting companies, and individual consultants.

CurriboxAI is an AI platform built for ESN firms and consulting companies to anonymize, brand, and ship candidate dossiers without leaking direct contact paths to clients. Our services include:
- CV Anonymization: Automated removal of personal contact information while preserving professional qualifications
- Branded Templates & DC Generation: Branded CV and Dossier de Compétences formatting with your agency identity
- Client Shortlists: Shareable, reactable candidate shortlists with built-in client feedback capture
- Multi-language Translation: Instant translation of dossiers (Scale plan and above)
- Semantic Bench Search: Find consultants by skills, availability, and experience (Scale plan and above)
- Custom Field Management: Client-specific anonymization rules
- GDPR Compliance Tools: Data protection, retention, and audit features
Business Protection
Account Registration and Security
To access our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your team members comply with these terms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.
Subscription and Payments
Our services are offered on a subscription basis with the following terms:
- Starter Plan: €79/month — entry tier for solo recruiters and small agencies
- Pro Plan: €199/month — core anonymization, AI insights, and branded templates
- Scale Plan: €399/month — full platform access including semantic bench search and translation
- Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing — unlimited usage with a custom SLA and dedicated support
Payment Terms
- Annual plans include two months free (pay for 10 months, get 12)
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe
- Refunds available within 30 days of initial purchase
- Cancel anytime — no long-term contracts
